This segment also delivers public transit fare collection systems, communication technologies, and obstruction lighting for aviation and marine applications, represented by brands such as Genfare, TCI, Flash Technology, Sabik Marine, Sealite, Avlite, and ECS. The company employs a comprehensive distribution strategy, selling its products via independent manufacturing representatives, third-party distributors, and retailers, in addition to direct customer sales. Established in 1912 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, the company officially rebranded from SPX Corporation to SPX Technologies, Inc. in August 2022.
