Partnerships & Creators
Finance creators are the shortest path we have to the people this was built for. This role owns those relationships, the deals behind them, and the referral programme that pays them out.
What you would do
- Find, approach and close deals with creators whose audience is genuinely ours rather than merely large.
- Negotiate the terms and then hold both sides to them, which is the half that usually gets skipped.
- Run the referral programme as a channel: who uses it, what converts, and what should change.
- Measure each partnership on its own. A deal that does not pay for itself does not get renewed, however pleasant it was.
You would fit if
- You have run creator or affiliate partnerships and can point at revenue that came from them.
- You can negotiate without a template and write down what was agreed afterwards.
- You are direct over email and DMs without being a nuisance about it.
- You know this audience well enough to know which creators would embarrass us.
Skills
Outreach and negotiation, tracking a deal against what it actually returned, and enough familiarity with finance media to tell a real audience from a bought one. Comfort with affiliate mechanics helps, because the referral programme is a live product rather than a spreadsheet.
Working hours and location
Contract, remote and asynchronous, with the scope and the hours agreed in advance rather than assumed. We work across European hours and overlap for a few of them; where you are matters less than whether the overlap is workable. There are no stand-ups and no status meetings.
Education and experience
No formal educational credential is required and there is no degree filter. What counts is partnerships you ran and the revenue you can attribute to them.
Compensation
A contract rate, discussed openly on the first call, in numbers, before anyone spends time on a process. It depends on scope and where you are. We are independent and not venture funded, so it is competitive rather than extravagant, and we will not pretend otherwise. A PRO account is included, along with direct access to the founder and a genuine hand in what the product becomes.
How hiring works
Four steps, usually inside two weeks: you write to us with whatever shows your work best, a call of about forty-five minutes where compensation is discussed rather than deferred, a small scoped task from the real backlog that we pay for at the agreed rate, then a decision with a reason. No unpaid take-homes, and you hear back either way. The careers page sets out each step in full.
How to apply
Email us with the role in the subject line. Name two creators you would approach first and why. No cover letter and no form. Have a look at the product first — open the terminal; the free account shows most of it.
