Build the terminal investors actually use.
QFI Terminal started with a trader who was tired of paying for five tools and still not seeing the whole market in one place. The professional terminals cost more than most people's rent, and the cheap ones stop where the interesting data starts.
So we built the thing in between. Today it is used every day by investors who leave it open on a second monitor, and it is run by a small team that ships in days, not quarters.
Open role
One seat is open right now. When it is filled, this section will say so instead of pretending we are always hiring.
Marketing Manager
The product converts once people see it. Almost nobody sees it yet. This role owns everything between those two sentences: the channels, the words, the budget and the number at the end of the month.

These seats are filled. They are listed so you know who you would be working with and what is already covered.

FilledData Engineer, Market Data
Keeps prices, filings and options chains flowing in, on time and in one piece.
FilledInfrastructure & Cloud Engineer

FilledProduct Designer
Decides how a dense screen stays readable, one panel and one pixel at a time.
FilledQA & Reliability Engineer
Opens every screen before a release and measures what changed, so users do not find it first.
FilledQuantitative Analyst
Designs the models behind the rankings, the exposure levels and the market signals.
FilledEquity Data Analyst
Checks fundamentals, splits and ticker changes against the filings when the sources disagree.
FilledCustomer Support Specialist
Answers billing and account questions, and turns the repeated ones into fixes.
FilledCommunity Manager

FilledPartnerships & Creators
Works with finance creators and runs the referral programme that pays them.
FilledWhat you get
- Remote and on your own hours. Work from where you live, with a few hours of overlap in European time. No daily standup and no status meetings.
- Pay talked about on the first call. In numbers, before anyone spends time on a process. It depends on the role and where you live. We are independent and not funded by venture capital, so it is fair rather than extravagant, and we will not pretend otherwise.
- Work that is yours. What you take on is your decision, your build and your result. Nothing goes through a committee before a user sees it.
- The full terminal. An Ultimate account for you, and a direct line to the founder. A good argument can change the roadmap in the same week.
How hiring works
Four steps, usually within two weeks. You hear back either way.
- You write to us. Send whatever shows your work best: a CV, a portfolio, something you wrote, or a paragraph on what you would change in the terminal. No cover letter and no form.
- A call of about 45 minutes. What you have done, what you want next and what the role really involves. Pay is discussed here, not at the end.
- A paid piece of real work. A small task from the real backlog, a few days to do it, and payment at the agreed rate. No unpaid tests and no puzzles.
- A decision, with a reason. Within a week of the task. If it is a no, you get one honest sentence about why.
Questions people ask
Do I need a finance background?
It helps, and for some roles it matters. What matters more is that you use the product and have opinions about it. Our users can tell within a sentence whether you know markets.
Where can I live?
Anywhere that gives you a few working hours in common with Europe. Most of the work happens in writing, so time zones matter less than you would think.
Do you use AI tools?
Every day, in almost every part of the work. You should be comfortable directing them and checking what they give back.
The role I want is not listed.
Write to us anyway. Tell us what you would do here and why it would matter. If it makes sense, we will make the seat.

Write to careers@qfiterminal.com. Before you do, open the terminal and have a look around. The free account shows most of it.
