All sales on QFI Terminal PRO are final. We do not offer refunds or money-back guarantees.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service, all purchases are final and non-refundable. When you subscribe to QFI Terminal PRO, you gain immediate and unrestricted access to all professional features, real-time market data, proprietary analytics, and research tools.
Because this data and analysis can be accessed, viewed, exported, and acted upon instantly upon activation, we are unable to reverse or refund completed transactions. This is consistent with standard practices for digital information services where the value is delivered immediately.
2. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds
- Immediate data access: PRO features unlock instantly, giving full access to proprietary datasets, screeners, analytics, and tools that cannot be "returned" once consumed.
- Data sensitivity: Financial data, analyst ratings, institutional holdings, and market intelligence are time-sensitive assets. Once accessed, the informational value has been received.
- Service integrity: A refund policy would allow users to subscribe, extract valuable data and research, and then request a refund — undermining the sustainability of the platform for all subscribers.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your PRO access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your account automatically reverts to the free plan when the period ends.
4. Try Before You Buy
QFI Terminal offers a generous free tier that includes the Dashboard, Heatmap, News, Charts, and Economy tabs — so you can explore the platform thoroughly before committing to a PRO subscription. We encourage all users to evaluate the free features before upgrading.
5. Accidental Renewals
If you forgot to cancel before an auto-renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a one-time courtesy credit. This is not guaranteed and is limited to one occurrence per account.
6. Exceptions
In rare cases of technical issues that prevent access to the service for an extended period (verified server outage of 72+ consecutive hours), we may offer a pro-rata credit toward future billing. Refunds are not issued in such cases.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination and may lead to permanent ban from the platform. If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly.
