How do I access the terminal?
Just sign in with Google, X, or your email. It's completely free and you're inside the terminal in seconds.
What is included in the free plan?
More than most people expect. The market dashboard, grid and heatmap, all the news and the economic calendar, the earnings calendar with transcripts, Fed Watch and rate probabilities, market hours, live TV and prediction markets, every chart, the crypto dashboard with liquidations, hedge fund portfolios, insider trading, the whale radar and the ETF universe, plus the chat and the support desk. Equity research and the options chain are open with the deeper tabs held back. PRO adds the World Map, the screener, valuation and DCF, fundamentals, supply chain, the portfolio tracker, congressional trades, options analytics and the full macro set. Can I use the terminal on mobile?
Yes, it works on mobile. The layout adapts and the controls are touch friendly. For the best experience we recommend desktop, but everything essential is available on mobile too.
What hedge funds can I track?
You can follow the portfolios of the biggest names in investing. Vanguard, BlackRock, Berkshire Hathaway, ARK Invest, Bridgewater Associates and many others are all in there.
How do I subscribe to PRO?
Head over to the Pricing page, pick a plan and complete checkout through Stripe. Your PRO access is activated straight away once the payment goes through.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, whenever you want. Just go to your account settings and use the Stripe billing portal to cancel. You keep PRO access until the end of the period you already paid for and nothing more is charged after that.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds. PRO unlocks immediately and the data can be accessed and used right away, so we can't reverse that. That said, if you were charged on a renewal you forgot to cancel, reach out within 48 hours and we'll take a look. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Stripe handles all payments so we never see or store your card details. Your account data is kept in an EU-hosted database with encryption and strict access controls in place.
